Former full Professor of Public Law and Deputy-Director of the Department of Legal and Social Studies at University of Chieti-Pescara. He has conducted research and teaching at prestigious EU and international academic institutions and participated as a member of research teams and advisory boards of EU and international projects.
His Research Interests cover Public and Constitutional Law, Theory of Law, Fundamental Rights, Market Regulation and Social Welfare Law to EU law and European integration process.
He has authored, co-authored and edited more than 150 works among books, articles, book chapters and presented hundreds of Papers and Speeches in International Conferences and Workshops.
