Angela Anna De Sanctis

Graduated with honors in Mathematics at the University of L’Aquila, she later obtained a scholarship from I.N.d.A.M. (National Institute for Advanced Studies in Mathematics) and a contract from L.U.I.S.S. in Roma. She is currently Associate Professor in the STAT-04A group (Mathematical methods for Economics and Actuarial and Financial Sciences) at the Department of Management and Business Administration of the “Gabriele d’Annunzio” University, teaching the following courses: Mathematics for Economics and Finance (First cycle) and Quantitative methods for Finance (Second cycle). Her research fields are Information Geometry, Shape and Functional Data Analysis, Complex Systems. She has organized many International Summer Schools on “Mathematical modeling of Complex Systems”.
