Gianluca Bellomo is Associate Professor of Public Law in the Department of Legal and Social Sciences of the University of Chieti-Pescara, where he teaches “Public Law” and “Public Environmental Law”. He is a member of various Doctoral Colleges in the legal field. He is DPO of the University of Chieti-Pescara. He has participated as a research team member in various research projects of national (PRIN) and international importance. He was the scientific and local unit manager of various European Erasmus+ Programme Jean Monnet projects: “Europe Bookmark”; “Let’s Teach the European Union” and “Sycamore”. He was a founding member of Spin one srl, a university spin-off. He is the author of numerous publications, including monographs, published in national and international scientific journals, as well as collaborating with some of these.
